Relaxing family Xmas

Rachael - 29th December 2019

We stayed for Xmas with 5 adults and 4 kids. The house was very comfortable and had a well appointed kitchen for the family chef to create a Xmas feast. The kids loved the pool and it is a short walk to the beautiful boardwalk. It was a quick drive to town and to 2 beaches, both dog friendly. The kids miss it already, we would happily stay again.

Lots of Pros...a couple of unexpected Cons

Cherin1066 - 12th March 2019

My family (8) stayed the Vic Labour Day weekend in March and there was some great things about this property. Lots of room to chill, have meals and play board games. A bit cold for the pool but I am sure it would be terrific on a hot day. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils so cooking our meals was easy! We really missed having Wi-Fi at the property to watch Netflix and support all of the devices etc. The bedrooms up top needed some more blockout blinds...our teens and a young couple were waking very early. This would not be a good option for young children or older persons who like a nap. We have a large 5.4m boat and picked this property for the boat parking. However, the photos and description do not show how steep the road and driveway is. We were able to park our boat on the lawn across the road with payment via a gift. This boat "parking may need some conditions around it. Lastly, the home could do with a really good clean and paint job. Lots of hair, fluff and dust in the bathrooms and spider webs. Despite all of the pros and cons, we enjoyed our stay.
