Including surrounding areas will list properties in the selected location first, followed by properties in surrounding areas. Selecting either Price from low to high or Price from high to low will sort properties according to price when ranked equal according to the other settings. You can also optionally enter a keyword to search for a specific detail like '21 Main Road' or 'views'.

Adjust the number of guests, beds, bathrooms and car spaces that you require by either clicking on the particular number or using the left and right arrows to nudge the amount higher or lower. To enable and disable these options use the check-box next to each of the labels.

Select up to six additional property features in order of preference with 1 being the highest, 2 being the next and so on. Properties having the closest match will appear first in the results. Properties that have an exact match with your selection will show the wording 100% match in the search results. Properties that are not an exact match but have some of your selected features will show under the wording 'the following properties don't match the requirements exactly...' and will display the percentage match. To clear all of the features click on the tick with a red cross through it.
