Bermagui Country ClubBermagui and Wallaga Lake are a fisherman’s paradise.  Fish from the beach, book a charter, launch the boat or find a peaceful spot to drop a line. If the fish aren’t biting head down to the local wharf where you can fish fresh from the trawler, or cooked and served in a newspaper wrapped bundle complete with crunchy fried chips.

Swim, sail, boat, waterski, prawn, dive, snorkel, surf, jetski or wakeboard.  If you love the water Bermagui is the perfect place to visit.  Bushwalk, observe wildlife, birdwatch, climb Mt Dromedary or visit the Montreal Goldfield.  Pack a picnic and head to the Guluga National Park where you can spend a relaxed day at a picnic spot or picnic at Camel Rock, the Spotted Gum Forest Area, Michael Lerner Lookout, Cuttagee Lake or the Bermagui River Park.

Hit a round of 9 at the 18 hole Bermagui Country Club – be prepared for a tough challenge and some hills to climb - challenge the locals on the lawn bowling green or enjoy a friendly game of tennis at the local all weather tennis courts.  On your way south take the picturesque coastal drive and catch some amazing scenery of the Mimosa Rocks National park.  Stop for a meal at the charming Mimosa Wine Drystone Restaurant and while you’re there sample some of their award winning wine.  Feel in the mood for pizza? – try a gourmet pizza from the Mimosa Rocks Restaurant in Tathra.
